About the Researcher

As a junior at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, I am majoring in Biochemistry and minoring in Health Professions. Throughout my college career, I have learned and practiced both qualitative and quantitative research. Within the realm of qualitative research, I have pursued food-based research such as cooking as inquiry, semi-structured interviews and ethnography. I am interested in pursuing a career in neuroscience and plan to expand our understanding of the brain and the nervous system. I want to continue research in terms of visceral experience of food and how affect relationships between food and the body influence eating behaviors.
